i know that racism exists because i've witnessed it, yes. i am familiar with some lifetime bigots. not all of them are from here. i disagree that my experiences here with racism have shaped how i view racism in the rest of the country for a few reasons, one; my family history shaped my views first and foremost - those experiences would have been profound for anyone. two; the la riots and the resulting tension in my school and town were the best mirror i saw to how my little hell hole experiences racism as the rest of the nation. racism is always the same, it doesn't change by geographic location.

i totally disagree that there's just as much hate and violence on this side, trump's side has the kkk and all that jazz so --they win that contest hands down.

Btw I only used hell hole to describe it because that's how you've put it in the past so no offense...not trying to pass judgment or anything. I'm not saying racism itself changes by geographic location, just that it's not as common everywhere, and it doesn't always manifest itself in the same way. So while where you live it might seem like a very common, frequent occurrence it is very rare as a whole imo.

You guys always ask us to see the other side and not disregard or ignore their experiences, but you don't seem to be open enough to the fact there is a TON of violence and hatred on the left as well. And like I said the other day I've called you guys out for what you were doing before and when it was time to call out the silly bunch for their foolish exuberance I had no problem doing that too. I don't consider rioting to be hate free; I don't consider the incidents where they attacked Trump supporters to be hate free; And while it certainly is their right to do so under freedom of speech, I don't see some of their signs and profanities, as well as their ideas as to what should be done to and with certain people to be hate free; What you see when you look at the right and the minority of Trump supporters is violent hateful people. That's exactly what I see when I look at some parts of the left.

i fundamentally disagree with the part in bold for the reason i stated before.

you also remember that i've stated that i live in trump country, obviously i do not at all think that all of the people i know that voted for trump suddenly turned into deplorables overnight and i don't think that trump supporters are all racists and bigots. but there has to be some sort of guilt by association. i could never support trump because of the support that he allows and even encourages. that's sort of my basic moral standard and i really can't wrap my head around people making excuses for openly bigoted and racist vein that trump has no problem tapping. it's really that simple and doesn't have much to do with the portion of america that voted for trump. it has more to do with trump himself.
