As I will be reaching 6 weeks mark tomorrow and NVC today. The representative said that the documents are in review and I should hear something by Friday. Not sure if that's good or not. I am going to call Thursday to see if they have any updates or they can put me through Supervisor review. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for good news soon for everyone.

Hello there. If the representative has told you that your documents are already in review, you would not be able to have it put under supervisor's review. I'm in the same boat as you. We probably have the same scan date as well. I see that you sent your documents the same date as me. Hopefully, we all get our CC soon.

I just saw someone posted that they got their cc and the scan date is October 13... Hopefully we get our soon enough. Keep praying

Were almost there... Hopefully we get our soon... there is one I saw commented scan date was October 12 but was put on supervisor review on the 25th and still waiting for cc. We are in the same case. Good luck to all of us

I have not seen any cc yet for October scan except for the one that posted with scan date of October 12. Hopefully some good news for us tomorrow. Good luck to all

Omg. Im in shock. Just check website today and saw 3 n/a.... I will be calling nvc on my lunch time to.confirm.... Thank you Lord.... good luck to all of us... for those still waiting on cc keep praying and hope to get yours soon...

Just hang up with NVC right now and confirmed that my case was completed November 30th. Scan date October 14. Good luck to all of us. And thank you all

Thank you... Yes i called on the 25th at night exactly our 6 weeks wait, the rep put in supervisor review. After then i keep calling almost every night to check the status of my case. Its weird that i was on the phone with them last night i called 830pm pacific time and the rep said the supervisor already pulled our documents and send it to review department and they just waiting to finish the review. Then today i decided to check online and thats when i saw the 3/NAs. Hopefully you get your cc soon as i see progress on October scan dates. good luck to all of us... we are almost there to be with our love ones :)

Congratulations...

I got put on supervisor review this morning so I am hoping to get cc sometimes next week. Fingers crossed.

12/26/2015 Got Married

Our CR1 Journey

2/4/2016 - I-130 file and documents mailed to Chicago Lockbox

2/9/2016 - Received NOA1 via text and email

2/15/2016 - Received NOA1 in mail

5/18/2016 to 6/1/2016 - Visited wife in india

8/11/2016 - Received NOA 2 via text and email :dancing: :dancing:

8/22/2016 - Received NOA 2 in mail

9/6/2016 - Case was sent to NVC (received text & email)

9/12/2016 - NVC received our Case from USCIS... wait continues for NVC case number

9/27/2016 - Submitted -261 and paid AOS fee

9/29/2016 - Received and paid IV fee

10/9/2016 - Submitted DS-260

10/15/2016 - AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

10/19/2016 - Scan Date

12/07/2016 - Case Completed

12/27/16 - Interview date received over the phone

12/30/16 - P4 letter received

02/03/2016 - Interview, VISA APPROVED!!!:jest::jest:
