AOS Package 2-6-8 Photos Required? + Other

1) I know this has been covered before. You get many different answers. Some send 2 and no RFE some get an RFE. Some send 6. I'm checking but is there more? What about the G-325A? Does that also require 2? Visa Journey Guide says 2 photos required for the whole AOS Package.

If you look at the instructions for each form you see that the following forms require 2 Passport Photos Each.

I-765 - EAD - 2 passport photos of the petitioner

I-131 - Advanced Parole - 2 passport photos of the petitioner

I-485 - Adjustment of Status. - 2 passport photos of the petitioner

G-325A - ????? Not known if passport photos needed.

2) Does the non-petitioner (USC) file a G-325A also?

3) Do you need a G-1145 for each of the I-765, I-131 and I-485?

no only the petitioner has to do G-325A

I did one since it's sent as one big package when they receive it.

No g325a for the USC spouse - this time it's (almost) all about the foreign spouse/applicant.

One g1145 is sufficient. We sent one, and got e-notifications for all three cases.

I included 3 g1145, though they are received in one package I wanted to make sure all have their own g1145 after they

go to different places to be adjudicated. It takes only a few seconds to make 3 rather than 1. Having said that, sending 1

seems to be ok too.

Just follow the form instructions. The I-485 requires 2. The I-131 requires 2. The I-765 requires 2. So, you will need 6 in total.

The G-325A does not require any passport photos or any other additional documentation. It is a simple one page form.

And the AOS guide lists only the 2 passport photos because it only lists what you need for the I-485, BUT it does also state to follow the instructions for the I-765 and I-131 and include whatever supporting documents and photos are needed for those too.
