I thibk that not true! I called to uscis and they say at least have to wait 120days! Then we could call them for your considerations

The VJ estimate used to be pretty accurate, and then everything slowed down in November and December.  My estimate started out as mid-December, then moved to January, then moved to late January, then moved to the beginning of February, then moved to mid-February. . . .  Right now, it says between February 16th and 19th, which could actually happen based on current processing times.  We'll see.

Also know that our timelines are based only on VJ member input so as members update their timelines with NOA2's approved it may not may not effect your timeline. And couple that with the fact the CSC doesn't really handle cases in chronological order then it is purely a rough estimate. The good is they have been moving well the last 3 weeks

What does this mean

not a great deal really - as other members have mentioned the VJ dates are based on bits of information posted by other members and not on the statistics coming out of USCIS.  If you look at geowrian's posts you'll have a better idea of how long it will really take and what is actually being processed.  The dates on the vj processing info hasn't been right in all the time I have been following it.

Hey guys I was just wondering if any of you who have had success reaching out to your congressional reps have been requested to fill out a privacy release form before the Rep will speak to CSC. My girl reached out to her congressional Rep in California and they replied her email asking her to fill out a Privacy release form but she never saw the email for the last 11 days, sigh! And then they sent her a follow up email on Tuesday. She's gonna sign and send the form today.
