Actually mb. I didn't notice your spoiler tag with the details of your range. I had signatures disabled and just turned them back on and overlooked it thinking it was your signature. Whoops~

yep.. I run them every day too, but just for the Nov 14th date. I had a thought of doing what you're doing, but then decided not to.. without VPN my IP would've been blocked in a few days if I were to run 5000 searches per day.

60 approvals for today is actually a great news.. congrats to those couples

Yeah, and I appreciate the specific day detail (it's easier to see than extracting that from my data IMHO)! I just didn't notice the updated chart. haha

Man I feel you. Try to get to your love for a bit I know it's far but you'll feel better. There may be a way to "meet in the middle" if you don't want to travel so far. For example, my fiancee is Filipina and they automatically issue visas in Costa Rica if I decided to make a short trip of it and she was agreeable to flying all that way. BTW looks like I will pay more than $30k this year. You'd think I'd get front row 50 yard line tickets.

I actually searched into that before. found out Costa ok for Filipina but $$$

After that up through Mexico and over the wall before they put up the new one..hahhaha

*Keep in mind I'm only counting WACs from WAC1790048000 onward. Records untouched prior to this are not included.*

Welp...mea culpa. I found the 1 missing record. It's an approval revocation notice (an approved petition was revoked by USCIS) that doesn't conform the the format of every other status I've seen. =\ Yay data. I'll be excluding it from now on. The 4999 number is annoying to look at, and no further updates are likely to occur on that case.

That said, I found another issue in the process. I pull 5000 records since that's the most I can pull from 1 server at a time without a ban. The full list I have is 5527 records. I was mistakenly pulling some data from the last 527 records, and thereby missing some earlier records. This will no longer be an issue moving forward.

On the plus side, it means my numbers were actually slightly on the low side. I was pulling more Dec. cases than I should have been (and fewer Oct/Nov. cases). Since Oct/Nov. cases are much more likely to see an update than Dec. cases, the numbers are more favorable than before.

Updated totals for 1/27/2017:

Records: 4999

Cases touched: 72 (Was 70)

Approved: 60

RFEs: 10

Other: 2 (Was: 0 - both are "response to RFE received")

Latest petition touched today: 11/10 or 11/14 (it's directly between those 2 dates so I'm not sure which one it belongs to)

Data: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8es4j04tzi2bzV6cmxXRmF2WVk

Over the entire past month, this discrepancy has resulted in an additional 1 approval, 1 RFE, and 25 "Other" statuses. Most of the "other" status are rejections due to fees and such, so no additional work will be done on them. :D It's not much, but I'll take any additional progress.

This FB page was created last year from a November 2015 I-129F Group.

I know it well. Click on the Bag to enter the FB page.

The page was something that the creator of the FB page used to breath into when he was hyperventilating as you can imagine many folks from the 2015 November thread were passing it around. Back then it took about 30 days on average. Oh what a difference a year makes.

Day 86 and counting

Enjoy LOL

Jim

Thanks Jim! I joined the group. I'm assuming all the 17 members there are already in the US with their husbands and wives. Join in too so you can share us your Philippine trips this February. Yay!

Hey buddy!! Thanks for doing this for all of us :)

I was trying to get the speed of processing from various forums (its around 70 cases a day approx) . At this rate do you think Dec filers will their NOA2 by mid march? VJ says end of feb but lookig at the delays i wonder if that'll hold true.

Is anyone here who has been in this process in Dec 2015 also or heard of it? Just in case this kind of delay happens every year end :/

WOW!  Okay, again a lovely start to the day.  Six of yesterday's approvals were for the 9th November receipt date!  Now, obviously I'd rather that the older cases were processed first as this is a bit of a lucky dip - but it gives me real hope that the boxes for early/mid-November are still in existence and haven't disintegrated into a pile of sad tired dust somewhere.  One of yesterday's case numbers was close to my own.  I wasn't expecting to hear anything for the next three weeks or so at least - and had put my own internal clock on a 'do not disturb until late March' - so the fact that cases are actually being processed makes my heart a little lighter today.

Thank you so much for your work geowrian.  This is the way I start every day since you have been publishing these reports.  A cup of tea and stats. Lovely!
