Well some people from May (and even as far as March) are still waiting for NO2 from Nebraska. Lots of us have been transferred this week also, so I would not expect any NO2 this month for a July Prior

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Mine is 3/28.. still no approval..

The Nebraska service center is now "officially" processing applications with a PD of April 2, 2016. It's past yours, you should file a service request and simultaneously follow up with your representatives/senators in Congress. Some of them may prove useful.

i have a pending i 130 case which was filed by my husband in july of 2015 and after answering an rfe in the ending of september.......to date i havent heard anything from USCIS just wondering what could have gone wrong

Did you track your RFE submission? Was it delivered; did you status at least update to say RFE received?

Also if you don't mind me asking, what was your RFE for?

what evident was the USCIS requesting?? you should definitely call and ask them this time! 15 months is way too long to be waited..

Why is Nebraska taking so long to approve i130, it's taking forever

It takes up to 5 months to be approved. I filed March 16th and got approved August 3rd. It's coming don't worry.

Btw, website says ''Field Office Processing Dates for Nebraska Service Center as of: August 31, 2016'' so it hasn't been updated for almost 2 months.

The G325 and passport size photos are items that go along with the I-130. Don't worry, they won't misplace it. You just got to provide those information that are requested and they will process your I-130
