Hey I have a question when you sent your evidence that you registered to vote what exactly did you send as evidence to prove this?

I did a screenshot of the email they sent me saying I was registered to vote online

I'm planning to show my voter registration card, as well as the emails I sent to the local voting office about requesting my ballot for the upcoming election. They verified my ID and sent me a ballot and a secrecy waiver, as I'm planning to send in my vote by fax.

Oh, I'm not totally sure how it works when overseas. I got my voter registration card ages ago when I was physically in the US. You should contact your local voting office and see if they can send you one, or at least scan it for you.

I have another question but I know if you can answer. When I send my joint sponsor tax transcript for I-864 do I also send her W-2s and 1099s? Are these included in a transcripts or are they a different thing? I dont know much about taxes

I registered to vote overseas plus all my family is still in USA and I use my fathers address to receive mail. I filed directly at the embassy in August and my husband petition and visa have been approved but I've also been here less time than you I don't know if it matters or not

Hey I have another question you said you use yours father address to receive mail, if this is a form of evidence of proof of domicile what did you show as evidence to prove that your getting your mail there? Thanks for all the help and the replies they have really helped me.

I didn't show anything from proof I've always used my dads address to receive any important documents or when I didn't want to give out my address that's what I used when I registered to vote, it's the house I grew up in so I think it would be in the government database if they searched. We are going to a different state than where my dad lives and we didn't have any problems at all at the interview. I've been here for 7-8 months now maybe they see that as not being away for too long that's why there not giving me any problems.

yes my sister who is my joint sponsor also shes going to write a letter saying we can stay with her hope it can help
