I received my 797c for I-485, I-765, and I-130 on July 11. After that nothing else in my mail, no biometrics appointment, nothing, someone else in a similar situation ? What should I do ? Do I need to wait until the 75 day ? Should I contact the local congressman ?

You should have received the biometrics notice within 3-4 weeks. Give them a call or make an InfoPass appointment. Don't contact your congressman. Save that for when (or if) the fit hits the shan with delays.

Thanks. I'll try to get the InfoPass

I would contact them about the bio-letter/appointment. Something there must have gone wrong.

:-( ... I'll try to contact the USCIS

It works online now, after about 1 month, but it doesn't say anything about dates, just some general information saying that the documents are being reviewed

But nothing about "we sent you the instructions" blah blah "if you don't receive it before <DATE>, contact us at <PHONE NUMBER>"?

It says

"On XXX we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number XXX. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

and the notice says "we will be sending you the appointment by mail bla bla",
