I-751 September 2016 Filers

I think September fillers who are still not approved and are before 22nd Sept should not be upset. I think that the processing time doesn't mean that they are done with everyone before 22nd and they are approving after 22nd. For me the processing times means that they are currently working on applications before 9/22/2016. So don't get that upset. I know we've been waiting for so long and in the end is even harder to wait but my obsession is that we have to wait about 30-40 days after the timeline is past our NOA date before filling a request and worry about it. Just my opinion. Hang in there, people. We are almost there. My NOA is 9/30 and when I saw the new processing times I got so excited. I hope I would see some good news by the end of March or mid April and having that thought I started crying. I'm pretty sure I'll be wiping out loud like a baby when I get my GC. The beginning of the end is here.

Actually they were working on those dates as of December 31st, nearly two months ago. I can only imagine how upset people are, its not good, not when you have to keep taking time out to get an extension stamp, just so you can visit your family or extend your driving licence. I hear what you are saying, but not everyone is as accepting or as patient. I hope you get your approval soon!

looks like you are the only one who believes they been working on those dates as of December 31 Truth is, they work on dates around September 22nd right now my NOA is September 28th. i'm just really tired of this process....

This process definitely is not for the impatient.

I’m so tired of constantly checking for updates on this website and uscis. I come over to check atleast 10 times a day!

RFE would be the last thing I’d want. Ugh

This is so frustrating. I have another international trip scheduled in March 2018. My ROC NOA date is 09/15/2016 and yet, still no approval.

I had to undergo secondary screening last time I reentered the US and I’m scared of having to go through that yet again!

I would call USCIS and ask to speak with a Tier 2 officer. You are past the normal processing time.

I’m irritated in the delay of my ROC. Still frickin’ nothing while everybody else keeps getting approved.

I am sorry for the confusion. I have the USCIS case tracking app on my phone and when sign into it, I realized that my card was in production. I have never used the website to check my case status. I always use the app on my phone.

Pick a day out, from a huge hat, any day doesnt matter, as Im sure that is what USCIS do! Lol. On a serious note, it depends when they press the approval button, but normally its around 2 weeks from approval letter to physical card. Enjoy!!

I just submitted online a case inquiry regarding my application. I got a web response saying that I should hear back from USCIS by March 10. Arrggghhh!!

Also, I had to type in the receipt number on my I-751 receipt notice. The system gave me an error when I typed in the receipt number that’s on the biometrics notice form. But when I perform a status check on their website, it’s the biometrics receipt number that works and not the one on the I-751 receipt.

I hate this bullsh**.

Also, I had to type in the receipt number on my I-751 receipt notice. The system gave me an error when I typed in the receipt number that’s on the biometrics notice form. But when I perform a status check on their website, it’s the biometrics receipt number that works and not the one on the I-751 receipt.

I hate this bullsh**.

I know that feeling. It totally sucks. You just need to patient. I am positive that your case will be approved before you depart from the USA.
