My turn to vent as I don't vent that often... Lol. I haven't been wanting to believe that those who have applied for N-400 have been pushed behind in processing, however reading VJ has proven it to be correct (for at least few people). This leads me to be sad because we applied and paid for 4 greencards for myself and 3 children and we probably won't see them. USCIS took our old greencards when we got our extension stamps. My children's passports expire today as well as their stamps. We cannot go over the border (from WA) to Canada to the Australian embassy to apply for new passports because we cannot get back into the USA without green cards. Working 40 hrs a week for a boss who doesn't allow time off is very hard also. (I know Australian embassy are doing remote passport interviews in Seattle in March 2018)

Seattle field office are processing January 2017 N-400 so it looks like another 9 month wait for us. Sigh

I was about to run into the same problem with a passport expiring 7 months from now. He said the stamp will reflect that. And I told him I brought passport pics and would an I-94 with a one year extention and he was nice and made it happen.

You can get an new infopass and get an I-94 extension, its all you need to get back to the US (when driving) but not sure how you are planning to enter Canada with an expired foreign passport.

This system is a mess, I too feel like I went from an almost citizen to a temp DACA applicant running around on weird stamps, getting new driver licenses, employment status recheck, airlines rechecking and rechecking my status, CBP machines not accepting expired green card and I-94. It literally went from a smooth 2 years to back to zero it feels like.

Was it 60 days period to have the card mailed?

Did any CSC filer receive approval letter from VSC?

I got approved last week after submitting my response to RFE three months ago to CSC. Somehow my approval letter is from VSC....

Maybe CSC is transferring cases to VSC because of the workload? Hopefully, that is the case and we will be able to see CSC pick up some speed.. *fingers crossed*

Maybe....But I did receive a response to my Service Request from CSC last week saying my case was being adjudicated.

Plus, if they transferred my case to VSC, aren't they suppose to send a transfer notification to me?

i just talked to an uscis agent over the phone and she said that currently as of 2/1/18 they were processing petition of 9/7/16 but i see many already got their approvals. I know they don't have the most accurate information we can rely on but still its driving me crazy.

My NOA was on 9/21/16 and still got no word from them.

Did you apply for N400?

guys it would be very helpful for those approved from now on to mention if they had applied for N400 or not so we can build data and track record on whats happening.

My goal is to see visual data on how many months before the N400 interview are the I751 apps send to the local office.

We want to know if the I751 is sent to the local office right after the N400 NOA is generated or when an interview date is generated.

Ok so you def will hear something in a couple of weeks otherwise your case has enter a none regular route and you'd have to get on top of it.

But you should be fine, your NOA is end of sept, we are mainly seeing early and mid sept approvals.

My NOA was in 9/19,still waiting and got no word that is driveing crazy too.

I only filled I-751.

Post all your dates in your last to make it easy on the person updating the chart.

Also did you apply for N400?

I fell at this point it should be added to the chart, because its very RELEVANT to whats happening with I751 applications.
