On top of the table. However, I am sure this is kinda as of now, not as of 07/31/17. They put July for us to think that the actual situation is better. Exactly what you thought.

These tricksters man..

Hi all,

Been lurking here for a while as my wife has a pending I-751 at the CSC

Just wanted to call out this tidbit of info regarding processing time stats from the DHS Annual Report for 2017:

Quote

USCIS is also attempting to change the way it gathers processing time data from field offices and service centers. Due to the amount of time it currently takes USCIS to compile and process a responsible office’s statistics—typically 45 days—posted processing times are always based on outdated data.360 Rather than having these facilities self-report data, USCIS is experimenting with using data generated directly from case management systems, which will improve the timeliness and frequency of posting processing times on its website.361

Plenty of good info here if you're curious about the inner-workings of USCIS: https://www.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/publications/DHS Annual Report 2017_0.pdf

Thanks @Sarah---Nichelle and congrats! To confirm, Sept 15th is the day you sent the package to VSC? What is your NOA1 date (i.e. the date of your extension letter?)

Hi dudeinTriBeCa,

my filing anniversary is this week too, but i haven't received any update yet. What number were you guys calling?  and when you call, do you have to spicifically ask for a Tier 2 agent to talk to with?

my extension letter expires december and i may need to go for an infopass by november if no updates still. this is really frustrating.

Hey there, I call the regular USCIS customer service number and then request to be transferred to a Tier 2 agent. Just keep in mind they will attempt to solve your inquiry themselves but keep insisting that u need to speak to a Tier 2 and they will eventually gather ur personal details and transfer you over. I highly recommend you make that call at exactly 8AM in ur timezone otherwise they will have to call u back whenever they become available which could take hours or days...

So I got a notification today saying my GC is being produced. Anyone know how long it takes to get the card from this point? Will I get a tracking number?
