Affidavit of support not needed?

So I started my I-129F for my fiancee and my salary is more than enough, but just in case I asked my sister to be our co sponsor, HOWEVER, uscis.gov says "If your relative is either a “K-1” fiancé(e), a “K-3” spouse, or a “K-2” or “K-4” child of fiancé(e) or spouse, you do not need to submit an affidavit of support at the time you file your Form I-129F petition. Instead, you should submit an affidavit of support at the time that your fiancé(e), spouse, or child adjusts status to permanent resident after coming to the United States." So, does it mean they will not even look at it, I'm confused, so why than they need that 125% poverty thing?

Thank you, that is confusing some say send it, some say don't need to, but we will do it anyways,

Another question, my fiancee filled up form G-325A and send it to me, it took us about 2 weeks to get it using fedex she signed it, but in part where it says PRINT she actually TYPED her name and last name.... will it be a problem?

She should be able to simply redo the form and scan and email it to you.

The USCIS is accepting of scanned signatures from the beneficiary

Georgia is correct, you don't send in the affidavit of support with the I-129f. You bring it to the interview.
