I-485 (AOS),I-131 (adv.parole) and I-765(work permit) multiple identical evidence needed?

I am sitting over the paperwork to send out my new wife's AOS on Tuesday. She came in on a K1 on Aug.21st and we got married on Sept.2nd.

We are filing all three above mentioned applications in one package. Does someone know if I have to do all the supporting evidence for each package separately (even if they are identical) or is is sufficient if one copy is within the complete package? Same question for the pictures. We are submitting 2 pictures for the I-485, the I-131 asks as well for 2 pictures. Will they use the same and do we submit 2 sets of 2 pictures??????

They guideline for AOS here on Visa Journey recommend to put 2 pictures in a plastic bag and attaches it to the package....... Would I then apply two bags with 2 photos?

Thanks for any recommendation based on facts / experience.

Yes you need photos for each application. Other than that I can't think of any duplicate evidence that the forms ask for.

Consider each package to be "stand-alone," to be completed in full according to their respective instructions.

These three separate applications just happen to be mailed off together in the same envelope.

The only other duplicate documentation needed would be copies of the bio page of passport, entry stamp and K-1.

I-765 needs copy of passport biometrics page as ID, and 2 passport photos. I-131 needs copy of passport biometrics page as ID, copy of your K-1 visa and entry stamp as proof of current status, and 2 passport photos.

All done and ready to be mailed tomorrow. We will see how it works out and whether we will get requests for additional info. Next our honeymoon trip through the national parks until beginning of December......

Don't forget to include copies of the marriage license with I-765 and I-131 in case there was a name change, too.

Yes, I did.

But it is funny, the marriage license (which becomes the certificate when signed off at the ceremony) doesn't provide any provisions for the name change.

Yes my wife assumed my last name and we filed everything in her new name (and stating her "other" name/maiden name). It will become really interesting as her home country Ecuador requires a certified and apostiled marriage certificate showing her new name, which of course, in Florida and many other states is not supplied. But we will deal with this later as her Ecuadorian passport is still valid for almost 2 years. Perhaps taking to the Embassy her in the US might be helpful as they should know how things work in the US, despite what other countries require or expect.

I will and update probably in my visa journey account....next step is to receive the advanced parole and work permit hopefully within the next 3 months.
