They're going through September cases now so you should hopefully get notifications soon.  I had pd 9/26 (Nebraska), transferred on 2/15, and just got an approval last week. I see some people with PD in mid September are also still waiting for an approval so don't lose hope!

We're one day ahead of you (PD 9/29, xfer to Texas 2/22), and we're still waiting, too... seemingly electronic notifications aren't working for transferred cases, so just keep an eye on your mailbox for NOA2... best of luck!

Takes about 1-2 weeks for NVC to receive your docs and another week or two for case # to be assigned.

I haven't gotten my Case # yet but I've prepped everything for the I-864ez, all the DS260 questions and have started my Supporting documentation packet for send off.  Never too early!

I downloaded/filled out/saved the forms on my computer, have pdf versions of my taxes, have a cover letter typed up.  I didn't have barcodes on the I-864Ez.  The welcome letter will have a page with a barcode though which you will need to include.

Once i get my case #, I'll be updating it on the files where I can and printing out Avery labels for the pages with my husband's name and case #.

Lol that's exactly how i'm feeling.

Wow, now I really think I should go ahead and do the same! Any idea if I should include copy of my local police certificate to the package? And do you know where can I get some sort of template for a cover letter?

I don't know if where you live has much to do with where you get transferred. I initially filed from abroad, got sent to Nebraska but changed our address back to my US address in California back in December. So, I, the petitioner lives in California and our case got transferred from Nebraska to Texas...I think they are just shifting the work load.
