NVC Received : some dinkelsberry yehoo in the house of clingons send our petition to the wrong consulate.

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

US Entry : Nov. 21, 2014

Marriage : Dec 27, 2014

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

Email &text : May 18, 2015, check cashed May 19,2015, return receipt May 21, 2015 stamped USCIS Lockbox, NOA1 (3x) May 22,2015

Biometrics : June 1, 2015 letter received for appointment June 8, 2015, successful walk-in June 1, 2015

UPDATE: July 5, 2015 updated on all 3 cases, RFE received June 30, 2015.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

shared finance, shared insurance, morgage or lease residence shared, gift sent, joint account, and two testifier of our wedding .. i sent almost everything. i am waiting for the letter of denial they sent.

We also filed an I-129F after the I-130 was received. It costs nothing except postage and 20 minutes to complete the form and who knows? There are still some K-3s that are issued each year. People become desperate during the wait for I-130 approval and if there is a chance, however slim, that you can be together quicker and it costs nothing to file, of course people are going to give it a shot.

People have theorized that doing so these days makes it go slower, because the I-130 is pulled out of line and you start over when the I-129F is received.

Good day my good people the letter came in today, and they said evidence we submitted was not enough. they also said the wedding photo we sumitted has 2013 january date on it and we got married 2015 december. they also said facebook chat we submitted was not fully dated so they consider it unreliable. and also claimed that we had no correspondence prior to our marriage western union receped was just for only this year. well we have learnt our lesson in a hard way. we have to file another petittion

You are supposed to show relationship evidence from beginning to current so yes, you guys dropped the ball there.

Communication must have names and dates and why on earth did they pics show 2013 ? That was all careless.

This ^^ should have overcome the FB chat issue but I guess you had no evidence from when you met.

The marriage certificate should have overcome the wrongly dated photos but it it not.

How did you share a lease or lease when you are not here in the US ?

You need to present evidence of your entire relationship with quality evidence from beginning to current and highlight

important events in your life. Especially how you met and show evidence of it.
