Its confusing and there seems to be no solid answers right now. The majority of April filers have already cleared the NVC process. For some reason, ours was left behind. We filed our I-1299F on 04 April. We finally got our NOA2 approval on 07 July. As of today, NVC claims that they have not received our case.

The first sentence on the NOA2 clearly states that the case has been sent to NVC for processing. That was six weeks ago. Does it really take six weeks to travel from California to new Hampshire? There must be somebody out there who knows something.

Your situation is different. The OP is referring to the mow 6 week processing time for I-130.

When you called USCIS did you talk to a Tier 2 supervisor and ask "when did my petition physically leave the service center?"

You have to start with USCIS to locate your petition before dealing with NVC.

Is it really 6 weeks to process the documents at the NVC right now? Did anyone get any Case Complete before 6 weeks (without Expedite)? I called and the operator said that a majority of the cases are running right up to that 6 week time frame. This is so depressing...

Some yes 6 weeks or so some still in the 30 to 45 days. They will say 6 weeks but the majority less than that.

Just be sure to read the NVC wiki to a sure you get through in the fastest time possible.

Meaning soon as AOS is paid you ship off your AOS and IV package.

the thing is its not 6 weeks from NOA2, its 6 weeks from after they receive the AOS and IV package (all fees already paid, ds260 completed). In reality its been over 6 weeks already...

On 07/13 the nvc got our civil documents. Now today I checked their CEAC website and I noticed 3 n/as. However I haven't hear anything from the nvc.

I called and email nvc they are saying is taking 6 weeks because they are getting lots of mail.

Congrats! your case is most likely complete. I would call NVC to verify.

Congrats! That means it's complete/near completion. NVC received my documents on July 21st and I received a case completion email last Friday. When I checked the CEAC site, I saw N/A next to AOS fee which used to PAID. If you're seeing that, I think that's a good sign of case completion. I've also noticed "VISA CLASS, CURRENT PROCESSING SITE: & FOREIGN STATE OF CHARGEABILITY:" showing up. If you see those, call NVC pronto.

I called NVC they told me my case was completed and at the end of this month they will start getting appointment from the foreign embassy for September. Basically they said first come first served. So hopefully I'm not too far behind
