USCIS website Issue

5 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

Does any one have problems logging in to USCIS website? I get this message when log in to the account "AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. PLEASE CONTACT TECHNICAL SUPPORT."

I have tried the following to no avail.

1) Changed the password and shows the same error

2) Cleared cookies and changed Browsers, restarted them as well. Tried both IE and chrome. Same error

3) Tried another PC and from phone. Cleared history and started from scratch and same error.

I have no idea how to contact "Technical support" since it does not mention any email or number to call. Does any one know the way to contact Tech support?

Thanks.

Hey calm down! It occurred with me as well.As far as I know it happens when your case is not entered into the USCIS website. As soon as they enter it you will be able to see it online and will not see this error message.

Case was added long time back and i was able to log in to the website a week ago. Infact cases that were added two years back were visible until a week ago. So cases not being added to the website doesn't make much sense.

While there is no ph number for technical support, they do have level 2 support. They are generally the ones who can address these type of issues. You will need to call the main USCIS customer service phone number and request a level 2 representative.

Here is a link to all the various ways to contact USCIS. https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/contact-us
