You have to fill out Form I-864. Then, in part 1a. Check that ou are the the petitioner

Or are you filing joint with someone?

there is more then i-864 i need to know wish one to fill out the minimum requirement one or the i864EZ

Read the I-864EZ and if you meet all 3 requirements to use it, you can use it. (1. You must be the petitioner, 2. You must be ONLY using YOUR income - no joint/co-sponsors, 3. You must be petitioning just one person on this petition) If you don't meet all three requirements, or will be using a joint or co-sponsor, use I-864.

He is self employed. So he just need last 3 years tax return transcripts?? I m confused about w2 and form 1040. What are these. I have no idea about any of this.

What documents are included in Aos packet and iv packet. If someone can help me with this

You will fill our a I-864 and attach your documents.

Your uncle will do the same and also include proof of US citizenship, LPR or naturization.

The most current tax transcripts is only required. You have the option of sending all 3 but it's not required.

Tax transcripts are best since it includes everything submitted.

If he doesn't want to get tax transcripts than all tax forms and his 1099 will need to be sent in and usually for self employed that can be alot.
