i am overstayed visa married to us citizen with 3 steps daughters us citizen

i sent my aos application on 8/11/2016 and received by uscis on saturday 8/13/2016

whats next ?

i did all the paperwork myself my marriage is a real marriage and me and my wiife we stand up and do it by ourselves

Now you wait, it may be several months, though you usually get your EAD (work permit) and AP (travel permit) within 3 months. Eventually, you will have an interview,

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Next USCIS will send you another I-797C notice of action to capture your biometrics and take a picture of you to run your background check. Your EAD/AP (Employment Authorization Document/Advance Parole) should arrive between 60 and 90 days. An interview notification should later follow couple of months down the road at your local USCIS field office to attend with your spouse. Your overstay will be forgiven since you're the spouse of a U.S. Citizen. Edited by Starkilla09

8/14/2014: Mailed AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765.

8/18/2014: Accepted in Chicago. Transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

8/21/2014: Received NOA 1. I-130, I-485, I-765 in mail.

8/25/2014: Received biometrics in mail. Scheduled for 9/8/2014

9/24/2014: EAD approved. 36 Days!

10/01/2014: EAD mailed.

10/03/2014: Received EAD card.

10/14/2014: I-485 moved to testing and interview.

1/28/2015: Interview scheduled for 3/4/2015.

1/31/2015: Received interview notice.

3/4/2015: Interview completed and APPROVED!

3/5/2015: Welcome notice mailed and I-130 Approved.

3/10/2015: Welcome notice and I-130 approval notice received.

3/12/2015: Green card mailed.

3/14/2015: Green card delivered.

Removal of Conditions: 

12/14/2016: Mailed I-751.

Hello my household size is 5

My sponsor household is 3

He already co sponsor someone for green years ago

How much my co sponsor should be making in order to sponsor me

His last tax return last year was 58 thousand need help to get ready for all kinda situation !!!

I'm tired of this process 6 years stuck in the USA need relieved !!!

When I get my ead is it possible while my green card is in process to join the us navy ???

Your sponsor should have filled out an I-864 for you to send with your AOS paperwork, so you should have already reviewed the guidelines. And you are "stuck" in the US but want to join the US Navy? I guess I don't understand how you would want to fight for a country you feel stuck in.

K-1 Process:

12/04/15 - Engaged (L)

12/17/15 - K-1 submitted

12/31/15 - NOA1

02/09/16 - NOA2

03/16/16 - NVC case number assigned

03/17/16 - In transit to consulate

03/22/16 - "Ready" on CEAC tracker

04/14/16 - Received packet 3 by email

04/15/16 - Medical exam

04/28/16 - Interview - Approved!

05/25/16 - POE at Miami

07/08/16 - Married! (L)

08/09/16 - Filed for AOS

Same case here, Overstayed, married US Citizen, did all the paperwork myself. We filed on April and by July I already had my interview and The green card came 6 days after our Interview. As long as you sent all the right papers and the marriage is real it will go fast for sure.

By being "stuck in" OP wasn't inferring he's fed up with being in the U.S. Remember he's an overstayer it's about being trapped in his immigration limbo.

As long as your sponsor meets the I-864 guidelines you should be fine even if he has previously sponsored others. As for joining the military, sorry you can't join with your EAD. You'll need your green card to enlist in the U.S. Navy.
