My job is ending on 26 nov i am thinkinh to ask my brother for the co sponser

I wonder if I can ask my bro in law to be my co sponsor ? Just don't want to be denied due to financial issues .

Well, it's still illegal to get married on a tourist visa as far as i know, regardless what country you come from... so I'd rather do it the right way

If your employed gross income 21K You are fine.

If your self emloyed - total income 21K You are fine.

Dont stress your self. If someone needs to stress that should be me. I dont have good tax return form 2015. I am waiting the 01/2017 to do my tax return. Since it is November I will need to wait the docs. to send them over my embassy.

glad no RFEs , on to nvc !

we all got lucky. DO you know there one application from July 1st? That could any of us. Thats why this is the hardest part of the process. The rest is way to easier. I can wait NVC and other stuff. I am guessing the interview date will be Feb. 2017

Fiance will be self employed at the end of December . So just like you interview might be February .

called again in 4 hours and got case received !! will call tomorrow and try to get case number , the lady told me id get a case number in 2 weeks but just another pad answer of theirs =)

Packet arrived from the NVC to Embassy and also got the Packet 3 in email!!! No interview date yet!! Next couple of days will be ready to submit! Crossing fingers my some off chance I get him in the states for Thanksgiving!!!!

Hard Copy NOA2 Received October 17th 2016

NVC Received October 25th 2016

NVC Case Assign October 26th 2016

Left NVC October 31st

Paid Visa Fees November 1st 2016

Embassy Received November 4th 2016

Packet 3 Received November 11th 2016

Medical December 12th 2016

Interview December 21st 2016

Visa In Hand??

POE Houston ????

Hopes being together by Christmas :):)

thanks ADT what a stressful step ,i may even call tonight to see if i can get the case number

Yay congratulations and finally! It moves fast once they send the package on to the embassy. The mail is moved forward during the weekends and they don't really have pauses! My embassy took less than 4 hours to put my stuff in the system! :) Edited by AlmedinaP

July 7th, 2016 – Engaged

September 1st, 2016- I-129F Sent to Lockbox Facility in Lewisville

September 6th, 2016- NOA1

- No RFE’s -

October 3rd, 2016- NOA 2 (Via USCIS application)

- Hardcopy came a week and a half after –

October 27th, 2016- NVC received case (after many weeks of calling)

October 28, 2016- Case was assigned a number

November 4th, 2016- Case left NVC for Bosnia and Herzegovina

( According to DHL website tracking my case will be received by the consulate on November 7th,2016)

November 7th, 2016- Interview (APPROVED)

November 22nd, 2016- POE: Salt Lake City. WE ARE FINALLY TOGETHER.
