I totally Agree with you Farzram. Also it's not fair for us to be on hold for a long period of time For no reason while others who were approved after us getting their case numbers.

By the way I'm happy for all the petitioner's who received their case numbers and good luck to them :) they are lucky and were Not :D LOL

Here what i received an hour ago,

Once an initial petition has been approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, it is forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC), which is an entity of the State Department. Your petition is in the process of transferring to NVC. The State Department controls visa issuance. Once with the State Department, USCIS no longer has jurisdiction or access to the petition.

For questions regarding your petition, it is recommended that you contact the State Department regarding your concerns. You can contact the National Visa Center for more information.

what does that mean? My file haven't been transferred? Or was it Already? And since still in process why would i contact The NVC?

What about the State Department? Do i Have to call them?

It basically says your petition is on its way to NVC. The State Department is the entity overseeing the NVC so no, you don't contact them, you just contact NVC for the case number. At this point all we can do is keep on calling NVC and keep waiting for them to receive the case.

But in the process means they have not send it yet? AND in about to send it.

Or we can say it's en route to The NVC?

Yes, the way I read it is that it's on its way.

I got NVC number on Thursday. (7/21/16)

What was your approval date your timeline is not updated? Congrats !

Achraf, I got the same exact email July 15th after I put in an inquiry online July 12th and requested a call back from tier 2 but they never called me back until I called again this week (they called back but weren't helpful as I told you)

Do you really think it's en route to NVC? Sounds fishy but maybe?

I think we still within the normal process time, Since The All process take's from 3-5 month according to USCIS for NOA2 To be approved right? Plus 2 month for the final stage.

so total would be between 6-7 month for I-129F

we are in the process for less than 5 Month so i guess we are on the right track.

We should hear something this coming week or the following inshallah.

Guys try to call this number and speak to an agent. Ignore the message at the beginning telling you to call USCIS or NVC if you have questions...Get to an agent and explain to them what is going on...I read a post on Vj that they got there case number through calling this number,,,is it true

Hello,

I called them today after pch1 posted,

they won't be able to help you.

These numbers are no longer assisting visa petition's etc...

they will direct you to the NVC OR USCIS as you pleased.

that's what they told me.

By the way, MandyAlex How long it been since you were approved?
