You have been given good advice here. Firstly no you cannot just show up at the embassy. Secondly it is your wife who needs to do the work here, if she truly wants you in the US she should be contacting the embassy/NVC/getting her elected officials involved. Thirdly, your wife's possibly being pregnant will have NO effect to speed up your petition. And lastly, there is no further information anyone here can provide you without knowing from your wife exactly what she did to withdraw your petition.

But my.wife did not writes nvc for withdraw the petition.she call the uscis for clearance of my visa and uscis told him writes a latter at nvc adress and she writs a latter in which she request for permission of my travel

Embassy send me this mail when my wife inquire case by mail after status changed into refused Sir/Madam,

Our records indicate that the visa application for this immigrant visa case is still pending under administrative processing. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to predict how long this processing may take. The wait could possibly be quite lengthy. However, please rest assured that as soon as this processing is finished, we will contact the applicant using the contact information he/she has provided on his/her application. Thank you for your kind understanding.

The embassy wouldn't allow her to simply talk to the visa officer. For now, like the embassy said you have to wait till they contact you.

It doesn't work the way you or your wife want. They wouldn't simply give the clearance just because your wife told them everything is good now. They will look over your files again since they already have doubt on the relationship.
