We are getting ready to mail out our documents for 1-751 tomorrow and inquiring to receive feedback if you just submit one copy of documents or two identical copies of documents (how we did with NVC)? Our biggest fear is if we don't include duplicate copies then the case could be delayed. Our packet is about 7in thick for one copy.

Can somebody tell how long is it taking to receive NOA1 from VSC after they have received the packaged. My package was received at VSC on July 30. Also, does NOA1 itself become the 1 year extension letter?

The NOA letter should be mailed in about a week. The biometrics for VSC would be somewhere between 30 to 45 days out. Your NOA letter will say, "your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year.." If you travel outside the country you need to carry this NOA letter, your expired GC and of course your passport.

I have a question though early to ask. Just want to clarify when my husband and I should start our file for removing condition after receiving our CR1 visa. If i get CR1 this month then should i apply 90days before my 2nd marriage anniversary which is May,2017 or before end of 2years of receiving CR1 i.e in 2018.

Wow!!! Looks like you are about 2 years early for removal of condition. But you can never be too early to start planning and collecting all the evidence - joint bank accounts, joint credit cards, joint names on the lease for the apartment, life insurance (naming the spouse as beneficiary), joint auto loans, joint auto insurance, joint tax returns... so on.

Wow!!! Looks like you are about 2 years early for removal of condition. But you can never be too early to start planning and collecting all the evidence - joint bank accounts, joint credit cards, joint names on the lease for the apartment, life insurance (naming the spouse as beneficiary), joint auto loans, joint auto insurance, joint tax returns... so on.

I was thinking it must b bfr the expiration of 2years of wedding anniversary my bad. But thanks alot ?
