NVC has not yet received my approved i-129f

sorry I have not been on here for a little while. Our packet finally received at NVC on the 27th of July and was received by the consulate around the 2nd of August. We had talked with rapid visa (the agency we used) and they advised us to go ahead and schedule the interview because of how horrible the mail is in the Philippines. The NVC case status website said that our case was ready for the interview. Excel went to the medical already and is flying back to Manila for the interview on the 25th of August.

This process has already been a pain in the neck beyond what most people will ever experience. Even to the point where I was ready to sell everything I own and move there. I guess I would liken it to a national DMV that is only open at one location and only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The best advice that I can give about this whole process is to be diligent and patient. Stress will go through the atmosphere. remember that you and your partner are in this together.

Hello everyone

My priority date is nov 2015

i start divorce process in morocco cause my husband was abusing me and treating me so badly.

So my question... Is There Any possiblity to continue the process about my visa petition without him?? Or is There Anyone here CAN give me information about the U non immigrant visa ??

my case is stuck for 40 days after NOA2, NVC says up to 6 weeks is ok that they didn't received yet. NO, it is not OK considering that petition will expire after 4 months

03/18/16....I-129F mailed to Lewisville, TX

03/30/16....Delivered at Lewisville, TX

04/04/16....$340 check cashed

04/06/16....NOA1 Text & E-mail. Case sent to CSC

04/08/16....NOA1 hardcopy received by post

04/11/16....called to USCIS inform about Name typo

04/27/16....Name typo updated

06/29/16....Got RFE

07/15/16....RFE was received by USCIS

08/01/16....NOA2 approved

WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS.. WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS.. WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS.. WAIT/CALLING TO USCIS..CONTACTING USCIS SUPERVISER..CONTACTING SENATOR..

10/03/16....Case sent to NVC (THEY LOST OUR CASE AND STOLE 2.5 MONTHS OF OUR HAPPINESS. Only senator's involvement helped to sort it out.)

10/13/16....NVC assigned case number (after waiting more than average)

WAIT/CALLING TO NVC.. WAIT/CALLING TO NVC...WAIT/CALLING TO NVC...LOSING MY MIND AGAIN..

11/16/16....NVC status changed to IN TRANSIT. Yay!

11/20/16....US Embassy received file but never contacted me

11/26/16....packet 3 received by consulate (packet 3 instructions was never sent by embassy, I sent packet 3 regardless)

11/28/16....interview scheduled on 12/22/2016

12/22/16....CO refused to consider self-earned income and refused co-sponsor. Refused to take in consideration my own assets and property income and well established freelance business. Asked to show $100K++ on bank account while he knew that we have maybe only $70K cash. 

03/22/17....After several fights was interviewed in Paris. They kept my passport. Was told Administrative Processing won't take more than 2-3 weeks.

June 8th approval and NVC tells me the same exact thing as you. Just hit my 4 week mark today :( I see some people have already reached NVC with really similar or even later noa2 approval dates but not me yet :(

Hopefully we get there soon let's keep each other updated. They're being really slow even though I also seen people get it within 2 weeks or so. Good luck to us all.
