Supporting my Brother, I-134 AOS For tourist visa.

Hello everyone, i have one question, my brother is about to apply for tourist visa and come and visit me in the US. I wanted to support him with I-134 AOS, but there is one question that i dont understand it and that is:

11. I Intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in item3:

For example if u intend to furnish room and board,state for how long and, if money, state the ammount in U.S dollars and whether is to be given in a lump sum, weekly, monthly and for how long,

I dont understand what should i type there?

If anyone can help please state so.

there is no need to support him, it can make things worse

he has to prove by his own merits, strong ties to his country and convince the officer that he will return to his country

there is nothing you can do, nothing you have to do

he has to do all the convincing

He have strong ties for returning back, as he will leave back in Italy his wife and son, his job, apartment and car, he is only comming for 3 week vacation, bcz we havent seen each other for 5 years, now he has the chance so he wants to try

is he an Italian resident? he might not need a tourist visa, a lot of European countries don't need to get a tourist visa, they have the visa waiver, which allows a person to stay in the country for up to 90 days, In that case he would need to get ESTA approved

Italian citizens can travel under the VWP, residents cannot (unless they're a citizen of another VWP country).

There is no need for an I-134 or any affidavit of support. Those don't pertain to tourist visas. There is no need for nor benefit to having a relative in the U.S. when applying for a tourist visa. The U.S. doesn't really care whether or not tourists have relatives here. Whether he's coming to the U.S. for a country music festival or to visit his sister is irrelevant to the visa itself, as long as his purpose for traveling is to visit. He applies for a tourist visa on his own merits, plain and simple. If you want to support him financially, it would be more helpful to transfer some money into his savings account or something to that effect.
