No more 10y green card for Spouse?

My wife and I have been married since we applied for her green card, last year we sent the petition to remove the conditions after 2 years, I expected her to get a 10 year green card, but instead its for 3 more years until 2018. Did the rules change? Now I don't know if I can apply for her citizenship in 3 years which she has already completed.

Do you guys know why this has happened?

they sent the wrong card, you should call and you will have to send it back with a form, so she can have the correct card

Hey guys thanks so much for the quick reply, my wife end up giving me the date of her drivers licenses, the green card is correct, I feel so stupid, so sorry. I panicked !

But I have another question. To apply for citizenship should I consider the date when she became resident or the expiration date, right now they are different on the card itself, one being sooner than the other.

I believe it goes by the date of issue on the conditional green card
