Is it possible to conduct K-1 interview etc in the USA

My fiancee and I have filed for a K-1 visa.

I am currently travelling, and will likely be in the USA when our NOA2 comes through.

As I will likely already be in the US, would we be able to have the documents sent to us here, and conduct our interview here? Or would I have to fly back to the UK to get the papers and interview at the US consulate in London?

You have to go back for both the medical and the interview. You book both yourself.

Your interview will be conducted at the US Embassy in London. There are no US embassy/consulates located in the US.
