NVC Stage Forms Related Question

Had my wife's NOA2 approved on Monday and waiting to hear back from NVC so I can pay the appropriate visa fees. From what I know once I pay the respective fees to NVC, I have to fill out DS-230 and I-864 forms, but this guide on Visajourney got me confused a bit --- http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

It says I need to fill out OF-169, OF-230 along with I-864 at the NVC stage. Can someone clarify whether I need to fill out all four of these forms (OF-169, OF-230, DS-230, & I-864) or I just need to fill out (DS-230 and I-864)?

Also, for OF-169, OF-230, DS-230 which are to be completed by the beneficiary, can I submit scanned copy of the forms if my wife scans and sends them to me? Or they have to be in "live" ink?

Also for IV Packet, should I be submitting the original documents or copies of the original documents?

Thanks.

The DS-230 is the old form, it's been replaced by DS-260 (online form). Just a heads up ;)

You have to call them to find out if they received your case then call again to ask for your case number and invoice ID.

Unless specifically and clearly asked never send any original document to NVC. A photocopy, most of the time attested by the foreign ministry is more than enough but is not required or adds any value.
