Hello fellow june filers. We got our noa1 june 6 but im pretty sure were gonna get an rfe lol because my fiancé forgot to send a copy of my g-325a form he only sent his. I was wondering if we can call them and ask if we can mail it or wait for rfe? And if we get an rfe how many days do we have to wait for the noa2? Any idea guys? Tia! ?

You will just need to wait it out. People have tried to send off things when they realize they forget something and the USCIS has sent the package back and stated they will let them know if they need something. Just have it ready if you get the RFE and send it as soon as possible. :)

Well, I wont be making any changes anytime soon. Not at least until I can verify information contrary to what I've been seeing elsewhere.

Just so you know, there were no transfers from Texas to California. What's happening since last year, late March, is that the i129f petitions are routed to California, as they are being adjudicated only there now.

If the receipt number starts with wac it went to California, if it was transferred (not the case) the first letters would be src.

I noticed on your timeline you said you were transferred, and you were not. Please, could you correct that? It helps with the timelines predictions do everyone relying on them here. Thanks.

This is correct. No cases are in fact transferred. All cases are being handled by CSC. Texas lockbox is just an address, not the filing center it was sent to. Edited by Meg&Andrew

Hi everyone. So I didn't have form G-1145 in my package how can I track my status? My fiancé's father helped us mailed it on June 24th.

They'll send you a hard copy of your NOA1 in the mail, and that will have your USCIS case number (it'll start with WAC); you can track from there with

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

And you can set up email and text notifications on the site for that point onward :)

No problem! Have you got someone home to get mail at a US address? As far as I know USCIS won't send mail to a non-US address, so I hope you do!

Yea we have his parents' address . Hope it goes well.^_^

I hope so too! If it helps you relax, it takes a while after getting the e-notification to get the physical copy anyway, so by the time you get the hard copy you'll probably already be 2 weeks-ish into your NOA1. We sent May 25th, got e-notification May 31st, and I think our physical copy didn't arrive until June 8th or something close to that. You'll be fine! :)
