I think you're right.

Loren and Arthesa

From "Love"

The like force has the passion over all his nature. It expands the sentiment; it makes the clown gentle, and gives the coward heart. Into the most pitiful and abject it will infuse a heart and courage to defy the world, so only it have the countenance of the beloved object. In giving him to another, it still more gives him to himself. He is a new man, with new perceptions, new and keener purposes, and a religious solemnity of character and aims. Ralph Waldo Emerson

We are expecting for this miracle lol but the logic is that they're still processing April/May. Now they are around May 15. It's means that they will start June in 2 weeks and half probably.

I have an app installed which alerts me of "similar" cases being processed. Some cases in April or May are just being approved, but it did show two June cases.

Oh, ok I must not have my notifications turned on to get alerts for that. Thanks.

people with NOA 1 date of around May 18th are getting their NOA 2, so they are around mid May right now, i filed at the end of May, but NOA1 date is first of June, but they are definitely working on mid May at the moment.

same!!! this wait is killing me... i really hope to see a text of approval in the next couple weeks lol

Hello everyone,

Does anyone here have the chart for income let's ability for the affidavit of support? I looked all over here on JV and also the USCIS website and could not find it. If anyone knows where I can find it that would be great.

Thank you all

Does this chart show the minimum income each of you need to prove you're earning, or is it between both people?

Thats what the petitioner needs to earn according to how many people are going to be living in the one household after you move there. So say if it was just going to be you and the petitioner, the petitioner needs to earn at least what the "2" people minimum is.

Edit: What the beneficiary earns is irrelevant :)
