I currently live in Shanghai and make RMB, can I sponsor my fiancé with this foreign job/income?

Is it better to have my father sponsor her, with his American job? USD?

Hi All,

Thought I'd say hello as me and my Fiancé (USC) are June Filer's too :)

We're going through the California Service Centre and this is our timeline so far:

9th June - Fiancé mails I-129F package

14th June - Fiancé receives SMS notification of I-797C

18th June - Fiancé Receives NOA1 (I-797C) in the mail.

We're just waiting patiently for NOA2 now :clock: hoping it arrives soon as the wait is horrible and it would be nice to know whether we have RFE's to deal with or not!

Good luck with everyone with your applications :)

Judging by processing times (obviously not 100% accurate) it looks like most of us are at least 3/4 weeks away.

We have a NOA1 date of the 9th June so hopefully not much longer, the wait is unbearable.

Loren and Arthesa

From "Love"

The like force has the passion over all his nature. It expands the sentiment; it makes the clown gentle, and gives the coward heart. Into the most pitiful and abject it will infuse a heart and courage to defy the world, so only it have the countenance of the beloved object. In giving him to another, it still more gives him to himself. He is a new man, with new perceptions, new and keener purposes, and a religious solemnity of character and aims. Ralph Waldo Emerson

Awesome!

Thanks for sharing - I wasn't aware/could see anywhere where people were getting NOA2's!

Do you know if they were going through the California Service Centre?
