Approved 1-29f Fiance Visa, Has been sent to The National Visa Center!

Hello, it has been two weeks since i been approved for my I-129F Fiance Visa and Been sent to The NVC and They Haven't got My case yet!!

Any help on How Long that might take? For The NVC TO Receive My case and issue me The case number?

Most get the case number around 3 weeks some have been waiting 5 weeks so you are fine for a while.

Perhaps i must wait, i thought Things Move much faster After You are Approved but i Guess Not.

They do you are just a bit inpatient now since you are eager to move on in the process and that will happen soon.

Just because your NOA2 says that it has been sent do not believe that.

Mine was approved on April 7, it has now been 61 days and I am still waiting.


Jan. 28, 2016: mailed the I-129F application

Feb. 1, 2016 arrived to the lockbox NOA1

Feb 4, 2016 check cashed

Feb. 8, 2016 Signed return receipt arrived

April 7, 2016 Case was approved NOA2

Aug. 5, 2016 was issused a new NOA2, the first one was never sent and it took 4 months to find and issue a new one

Aug. 17, 2016 arrived to NVC FINALLY!!!!

Aug. 22, 2016 Case and Invoice number and sent to Santo Domingo

Aug. 24 Case READY in Santo Domingo :)

Aug, 29 Biometrics

Aug. 30 Medical

Oct. 3 interview

Oct. 3 APPROVED

Oct. 11 Visa issued

Oct. 12 Documents collected from the Embassy

Oct. 14 Passport ready for pick up :)

let me join the team today is my 2 weeks since they have the case and they told me at nvc its a 2 week rule now and they still dont have my case number so i have been calling 4 times a day

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

    6/17/2016 IV BILL PAID

    6/17/2016 IV and AOS packet arrived at NVC

    6/17/2016 Scan Date

    6/20/2016 DS-260 SENT

    6/22/2016 Confirmation that they received the packet

takes about a month to get the packet and enter information into

BTW

you are a long way from an approval / the USCIS only gathers all documents to make sure all is in order/ NVC will ask for any additional information they want

Approval is up to the embassy at interview

make sure you have strong evidence of your relationship

make sure you have been together in the last 2 years of the interview

make sure the beneficary knows you well and can answer quesitons about you and your family

Well, we knew each other since August 2015 and i have evidence of the first time we met start talking and Many and much evidence in hands

we saw each other twice, august when we met and start talking and getting to know each other and January 2016/ when i visited and we got engaged

i did provided all these evidence to the USCIS, and I'm going back to My Fiance's country On July 4th/2016 bought the ticket Already,

Nothing i should be worrying about.

we love each other and we want to be with each other No matter what it will take. Nothing gonna stand on my way,

i hope things move much faster,

I called and they didnt enter the information into the system so they told me to call everyday to check for my case number and invoice number

you are lucky!!! it been 2 weeks since i received my notice and it say on it that The case Has been sent to The nvc.

so it means from the date i received it which took 5 days for to me to receive the NOA2 in mail. at the same time they send it to the nvc as well and still Haven't got it yet :(

Nvc doesn't ask anything for i129f petitions.


07/09/2018: ROC packet sent with USPS 2-day priority shipping

07/11/2018: ROC packet delivered to the Vermont Service Center

07/16/2018: NOA1 received by mail with 18 months extension (notice date 7/12 and check cashed)

08/07/2018: Biometrics appointment letter received by mail (notice date 7/27)

08/13/2018: Biometrics appointment at east Hartford, ct
