First you have to print the form out and sign it then scan it to PDF that's how I did it

Hi all,

Just a quick question on the I-864 forms - we have the option of submitting them electronically (ie., email) to the NVC - so if you fill the forms in electronically, how do you sign the forms? Thanks

Question: My welcome letter states "Submit financial and supporting documents in one package to NVC". Does this mean I need to collect my husband's financial details and send it only when I have all my documents together online as opposed to sending financial documents first and then my civil/supporting documents (birth certificate etc)?

 Its so disheartening when someone who has a scan date after your scan date gets a case complete before you. I am happy for you guys, but sad at the same time. None of us want to be away from our loves ones.

both packages should be submitted together yes. it really is beneficial to you. Sending one package at a time will be prolonging your case from being completed. They need both AOS and IV packages to review along with the DS-260 (IV Application) before they can issue a Case Complete. so if you want this process to move quickly, then send everything in one package.

I understand why the Fillipinos cases are expedited at uscis but, what is the reason for the hispanics expedited at the NVC stage?

I have no idea. It sucks though that we have to wait for what seems like forever.

Oh well, I guess there is a valid reason for the expedite.

Eventually we will have our case completed one day. :goofy:
