2/24/16- Husband received 10 year green card

Starting the process over again for our daughter (IR2):

1/13/16 NOA1 from Potomac Service Center

4/5/16 NOA2!

4/7/16 Case sent to NVC

4/22/16 Received NVC Case and Invoice Numbers

4/22/16 Submitted DS-261

4/22/16 Invoice for AOS Received. Paid AOS Fee

4/25/16 AOS Fee shows as PAID

4/27/16 Invoice for IV Received. Paid IV Fee

4/29/16 IV Fee Shows as PAID

4/29/16 Submitted DS-260

5/6/16 Sent AOS and IV packages

5/9/16 AOS and IV packages received by NVC

5/9/16 Scan Date

6/10/16 Case Complete

8/8/16 Received Interview Date

9/20/16 Interview Date

Yup, that's the standard welcome letter. Keep in mind there is a N/A column because they use the same cover sheet for all different types of visas so if there is something listed that does not pertain

April 18 was my scan date yet everyone one else is getting approved. I haven't gotten approval nor did I get a REF. I written to my congressman. I hope something happens :mellow:

Have you been calling them everyday if needed? Asked to speak with a supervisor?

You'd do better calling NVC and your Congressperson. I see your timeline says you sent in the packages in February. Did it take two months to get a scan date or was there a checklist (or two?) between there?

It's the part that says 'marriage performed or solemnized or performed in accordance with the laws of Guyana at....' The place that's stated there is my home address however we got married at the office.

yes, i call them everyday but I see it as pointless that they just tell me that it's still under process. I called them, I talked to a supervisor who said will call me back when she gets any news of my case. I email them, i receive a standard answer of 30 days from case received. I had a checklist and they received it April 18.

I call them every day and talked to a supervisor who said she'll check my case and call me back when she has any news. I'll just talk to a supervisor everyday. Seems like the best idea. Written to Congress already. I hope SOMETHING happens soon!! Missing my hubby :clock:

At this point the best thing to do is nag and annoy them every other day :devil:

What does NVC say when you call and ask about your case?

What does NVC say when you call and ask about your case?

They always say wait 6 weeks from the time they received it. When I reminded the guy it already passed the time frame he put in me on supervisor review. That was June 3. I'm not going to wait for 30-45 days to get feedback for a sent RFE for corrections on AOS. So I will do as much as possible to get things moving.
