Vita didnt belive me so I called again with her in a conference call on skype. We were approved on May 8th. Finally :D So if you got a bunch of touches but no approval or rfe, call the USCIS service center and go to the RFE section of the menu and get conencted to an operator.

I followed your advice and they told me I was approved on May 7......Thanks for the tip!! By the way, I had a touch shown on my status screen on 5/8/07 but no status update....strange..... :) )

I'm crossing my fingers that March filers will be approved lickity split and then it'll be the turn of April Filers!!

My K-1 Timeline:

02/08/2007: Engaged on top of Table Mountain!

03/27/2007: Sent I129f to NSC

04/04/2007: NOA1 (from CSC)

06/27/2007: NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!

07/09/2007: Paper NOA2 in the mail

07/13/2007: NVC sent our petition to Jo'burg!!

07/27/2007: Packet 3

09/20/2007: Successful Interview!!!

09/27/2007: Visa in hand

10/02/2007: E's flight lands at 2:10 in Chicago!!!!!!

I got a touch today as well, however it says the same as before... :unsure::unsure::unsure:

Feb. 16-Sent 129F to TSC.

Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Mar. 28-touched.

Mar. 29-touched again.

Mar. 30-touched yet again.

Apr. 04-touched another time.

Apr. 05-touched some more.

May 15-touched once again.

May 15-NOA2. 78 days...WOW!!!

May 16-touched???(mail to NVC???).

May 18-Received Hard Copy NOA2.

May 21-NVC receives case!!!

May 23-NVC sends to Seoul!!!

Jun 04-Embassy receives case!!!

Jun 06-Receive Packet 3.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!! My heart goes out to those still waiting........be strong yours is comming soon. If you get an RFE send it back and then your NOA2 is comming. Be strong......we have waited this long....do not give up now.

I've added some pages to my website. I'll try to keep a running list for 2007 NOA2's along with my general statistics page. It is automated as much as I could, but its still time consuming so I can't possibly update the individual months too often. The site is still really rough, but I don't get paid much for this!!!!

i havent looked at my case status since 14th may..... because i got depressed then today i was like... something good has got to happen!!

i asked for a sign in my prayers last night - that this was meant to be and we were meant to be.....

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.
