hey guys !!!

we are all here peeking and spying what is happening on April thread hundred times a day..lol

we have to say USCIS is doing great and they are going pretty fast .... next week is going to be slow because of July 4th and employee may take days off ... but if it keep going with the same speed i think we will start to hear some May fillers getting their NOA2 by mid July .. earlier then what our time line estimates.

just a small concern i noticed that USCIS is not transmitting the files to NVC faster ... people are waiting for 3 weeks and more from their NOA2 to get case number from NVC ... that is more waiting and it sucks.

im trying to get things together in the meanwhile like all the paper work needed later .. and the tax return part confuses me ... like which one to use from the IRS website : https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

the online form, the mail form and what type of transcript and is it the right place to get it .... so confusing !!

What documents are you gathering? What exactly do we need to gather ? I am the petitioner(living in usa). what do I need to send my fiance in lebanon?

Should he start gathering the police report and all? or is it too early?

here a list of the common document required for interview :

beneficiary documents :

- 2 passport pictures for beneficiary.

- beneficiary passport and a copy of beneficiary passport

- receipt from medical exam DS-3025 (usually the embassy will tell the beneficiary where and what Doctor he should see)

- copy of email from embassy.

- confirmation page of the DS-160.

- copy of beneficiary birth certificate.

- copy of beneficiary birth certificate translated in English and notarized.

- single status certificate or divorce or marriage annulment (whatever it is applicable in beneficiary country)

- single status certificate or divorce or marriage annulment translated in English and notarized.

- beneficiary police certificate.

- beneficiary police certificate translated in English and notarized.

petitioner (US citizen document)

- Affidavit of support. (Form I-134 .. you fill it for your fiancé)

- Letter from employer.

- W2s, tax returns, bank statements, check stubs.

- Letter of intent to marry within the 90 days from you both. (same one as you filed the first time just with new dates and closer to interview date)

- Proof of relationship: emails, pictures, ect ... (news pic if any ... and new emails and chat history between the time you mailed the petition till the interview)

these are the common documents i know (i hope i did not miss something) ... it may be slightly different for Lebanon embassy .. you need to investigate further in the forum for Lebanon ... you can start by the documents where the date doesn't matter for example 2015 tax return dated in July or August is the same document nothing changes .. but police certificate the closer to interview the better in some countries it is document valid for 3 months only .. you should get another one after it expires ... so it is up to you to see which you can get now which is soon and should let it done later.

I just saw a May filer, 2nd of May to be exact just got a NOA2 07-01-2016...Is this for real? Could they be starting touching May filers? Yahoo!!!!! Good luck to all of us. Hopefully USCIS will keep up after the holiday...

hahah it's actually nice to have some company over this anxiety, I'm checking the Igor's list eveeery day! and so happy that uscis is doing a great job since April got approved so fast!

yay! we got our NOA1 on may 18th, hoping for the best!

It was exciting for a moment until you enlighten me that they requested to be expedited..... ......the struggle is so real ..... Good luck to all of us May filers still. Maybe they started ours just after the holiday...

Hi everyone, just a little worried on this side. My fiance(US citizen)and I have been living abroad for about 3 years. So he doesn't have an employer letter, income tax returns pay slips from the US, will this be a problem? Also our document was returned to the USCIS, probably the NOA1, will this slow things down for us? Will they only look at our pitition once we request a resend? Thank you so much☺
