will be firing up the ol bbq today after work in our sunny back yard in California. :D

throw on some steaks, maybe some asparagus. crack open a cold beer. :D ahhhh life in California.

So why are so many trying to recruit desperate, naive (at the rates offered--not even close to livable, only the naive would accept) people to work in NYC, as compared to fewer recruiting for DC-area work?

And you never answer the other fact I mention that NYC is a travel disaster (in all ways, including local-trafficwise)!

Maine. It's the way life should be.

That is to say, cold in the winter and overrun with Massholes in the summer, with a declining job market, housing no one can afford and the highest tax burden as compared to income in the country.

That being said, I love it.
