I should be right behind you barring any RFE. I just checked my case status online and it shows an updated date of 03/15/2007 (it means my case has been touched for processing). I pray that my approval will happen today or tomorrow.

Yayyyyyy! I was just approved minutes ago, as well. We must have been in the same box ;) CONGRATULATIONS! If you're like me, you can't stop grinning right about now.

Feb 21, 2007: Mailed I-129F via USPS Priority Mail.

Feb 24, 2007: I-129F arrived at VSC at 3:01 p.m.

Feb 27, 2007: NOA1

Feb 28, 2007: They cashed my check.

Mar 2, 2007: Touched! I'm guessing this was my check clearing :)

Mar 5, 2007: NOA1 arrived via snail mail.

Mar 15, 2007: NOA2!!!!!!

Mar 21, 2007: Petition sent to Bogota

May: We send Packet 3 by fax; fax never received.

June: We send packet 3 again; it's sent back because my fiance didn't write NONE and N/A.

July: We send packet 3 again . . .

July 23rd: We get an email from the embassy. Our interview is August 21st!!!

Ahh! I was so sure I was foing to get an RFE for the birth certificate- that I just paid $60.00 fo rthree long form originals.

Oh well- we will need them for the interview.

I have a permagrin, and have spent the last hour on the phone with friends. I didn't have too much hope before this- now we just have to navigate all of the Turkish documents.

Thank you so much for the well wishes. It makes me feel so less alone in the process . My everyday friends don't quite understand the magnitude of this journey.
