no paystubs , direct deposit only

hello

for showing evidence of my (USC) current job do i need to show my paystubs ?

i am a contractor (1099) and i don't get paystubs just direct deposits bi weekly , can i show my bank statement with my direct deposits with maybe the bank certifying it ( called chase and they said they can )

also i maybe getting a new job but it won't start soon , can i show my offer letter for that job ?>

Even if you get direct deposit, your employer should have a way to provide you with a pay stub. They just don't normally send it out.

You would just need to ask them for one. It's a common thing for people on occasion with direct deposit.

You can show your 1099's and highlight the direct deposits in your account

all i can show is my offer letter which says my designation and hourly rate , my direct deposit statement certified by my bank , a letter to explain my situation and my new offer letter for a new company which i will be starting after 4 months

will that be sufficient to show my present employment status

i am also providing them with tax transcripts for 2013,2014,2015

Remember, the main thing that NVC looks for from you to prove you're 125% above the poverty guideline is your Tax Returns/transcripts. The most current tax return/transcript is the only thing you are required to submit. If that alone shows you're above the poverty guidelines then submitting 2013 and 2014 transcripts, paystubs, offer letter and DD statements are all icing on the cake....they may or may not even look at it. (I had icing on my cake too when I submitted my AOS packet. )

However, if your current Tax returns DON'T show you're above the guidelines, then the additional documents will be beneficial to you.
