My fiancee may need to reschedule her CFO bit this coming Friday, because she says she needs her passport back from the interview in order to get a sticker. I sent the company an email. Her cell does not have a local number to call the Manila location. Is there a way, other than phone, to reschedule? I doubt she will get her passport back in three days.

Thanks.

She can still attend the CFO even without her passport/ visa. She will be given a GC Certificate then she can go back to the CFO office to get the sticker when she received her passport/ visa back. Re-scheduling can be done on-line but dates are not readily available, she can only reschedule after her missing her cfo appointment.

You may not need to reschedule if you have a copy of her passport bio page. Just explain to them that she passed her interview and embassy has her passport. You don't need to get the sticker the day of CFO Seminar, they will give her a certificate of completion. Then when she gets her passport back with visa she can just walk into CFO without an appointment and they will attach the sticker.

She will need to bring her CFO Certificate of completion and her passport with visa in to get the sticker. Question is will they allow her to show copy of passport bio page or maybe they dont even need that if she explains her situation. My fiancee already did the CFO seminar prior to her interview on March 17, 2016 and got her certificate. She will be bringing her passport and visa to CFO in next couple of days to get the sticker.

I would just have her show up at CFO seminar with all other documentation they request on the CFO website and just tell them your situation. I think the reason they list Passport in their required documents is for the attendees who have already passed interview and have their passport back. If they won't for some reason allow her to take the class, then she can reschedule there, then come back.

Sorry I posted my last comment before your reply cuold be seen. Just go to we site and change the appointment, but remember just because you were told you passed you have to wait for final review and your CEAC status to acually say Issued before you can figure you will receive it in 7-10 days.

Unlike the passport appointment you don't need to pre-pay for the CFO, but I wouldn't delay the seminar just due to not having the passport back. It's quick and she won't need an appointment to return to the CFO for the exit sticker once she has her counseling certificate. If leaving from Manila there's even an opportunity to receive the sticker at the airport, but otherwise she can return to the same CFO location or any other feasible one near by for the sticker.
