Vaccines for AOS

My wife and I are filing her AOS for her and they ask for vaccines she only has a vaccine record for when she was young does that count?

if you wife came in under K1 as is appears from your timeline, and her medical is less than 1 year old she had all the necessary vaccines done when she came in. If her medical from the K1 is expired go get a new one and get the civil surgeon to certify that she has all the necessary vaccines.

I have another question completely of topic, with our AOS papers we are also submitting the work permit papers and the papers for advance parole to get a travel permit, each set of documents ask for two pictures do we have to submit six pictures in total

We submitted six pictures total (two for each application). At first we only sent two, but noticed from our filer thread that others sent six, so we sent in four more later to make sure attached to two more Form G-325A's just to make sure.

We only sent 2 pictures with our AOS/EAD/AP packet. At my biometrics appointment, I was told that USCIS uses the picture taken there for the EAD and GC. It's probably fine either way.
