Okay it's over 60 days . Send in a request online for case being out of normal processing time .

I did contacted with my congressman, they said "we received your RFE,and an officer assigned soon your case. Give us 60 days... that was more than a month ago...

They are taking for ever because we are not considered priority. We can work travel etc . Their priority are new filers . I didn't get an RFE but after filing on feb 22nd 2016 I didn't hear from them so I sent a request for service on the 24th of April they sent a letter on may 24th staying that I am in queue to be scheduled for an interview. My extension expired on the 5 of June so I took an info pass and got an extension stamp last week of may . Officer who stamped my passport claims that i will hear from them by September ! Let's wait and see . I filed a waiver though . I was divorced

Interesting, lately they don't have time for random interviews what I heard, only if the applicant has lock of documents, divorce or changing addresses during the 2 years period. But it looks like anything can happened

When I called them, they said could be up 5 years until they make a decision. Great.

Yes changed address and I divorced my US citizen spouse after 2 1/2 years of marriage. So I am not surprised that I have an interview
