Geraldbonus, I send mine out on 3/1/16 with delivery date for 3/3/16. While using their online tracking I saw that my package was delivered on 3/3 but it also included a update delivery date for 3/4. I was confused the whole time and keep tracking but the status didnt change at all over the whole weekend so I start checking my bank account and finally in the early hour of 3/7 USCIS is processing my check which got clear today, so I think something is wrong with the tracking of USPS.

Hello friends!

I've just mailed our I-751 for my wife. Her green card expires 5/3/16, so I am just after the 60 day mark. I think it should be fine though. Here is what I included as evidence in our filing (taken from the cover sheet).

  • Copies of the passports, drivers license, and green card of SPOUSE.
  • Copy of wedding certificate
  • Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.
  • Copy of our JOINT Tax returns for 2013, 2014, and 2015
  • Copies of 3 JOINT apartment rental lease agreements
  • Copies of 3 Bank account statements showing JOINT account ownership over time
  • Copies of 3 car insurance ID cards showing JOINT account ownership over time
  • Copies of 2 credit card statements showing JOINT account ownership over time
  • Copies of 4 flight itineraries and 1 cruise itinerary showing JOINT travel
  • 15 photos showing us together and with family

Good luck everyone!

I didn't put in any of my step children cuz they are all American citizen and I heard if you put them in USCIS will send a notice requiring $80 bio fee for each of the kids you list so no need to confuse them anymore but that is just me.
