On December 1, 2015, we approved your Form I-130 (Potomac Center). We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I received the NOA2 in the mail.

NVC has not received my case as of yet.

Don´t worry...

People from Potomac Center are getting between 35 to 45 days to reach NVC...

Tomorrow will complete 35 days for you, so give them a call...

I saw this information at the topic from Potomac (merged).

I´m at the same boat... NOA2 12/17/15 and nothing from NVC...

I´LL START TO LIVE BACK AGAIN WHEN I´LL BE ON MY HUBBY´S ARMS, FOREVER AND EVER. UNTIL THERE, I DON´T LIVE. I SURVIVE. (L)

We are now gathering the paperwork for NVC. I have copies of my 1040 tax forms. I understand they want to see transcripts for the last three years. Not a problem as I went to the IRS.gov site and found out that there is two types of transcripts, Tax account transcripts or tax return transcripts.

So I came back to the friendly VJ forums to search for the information. Well I found the typical arguments that seem to make things more difficult to understand than they really are.

In plain English without someone trying to prove who is right or wrong, which is the right transcript needed for NVC?

1. Tax account transcript

2. Tax return transcript
