I130 expedite for our daughter

Please help me my husband is a us citizen and we applied for i130 for me and my daughter but unfortunately we mistaken apply for my i130 only we didn't know that we have to apply for 2 i130 we just apply for 1 because we thought it is already covered after uscis approved we discovered that our daughter has no petition so we applied again at uscis and we request to expedite her case is this possible to approve?

Is there anything we can do? Can we call uscis? Its already 31 days after uscis receive our daughter's case. We send expedite request and supporting documents by mail

I did exactly the same thing.

Once you get your daughter's case #, send an expedite request to the USCIS expedite email address. More likely than not it will be approved, at least mine was.

Be advised that since the cases are not yet linked you will have to pay the AOS fee again to the NVC and the IV fee as well which you would have to have done anyway.

Then all the in country stuff, SLEC exam, USEM interview, CFO processing can be done together. Make sure you prepare two separate document packages even though they will be basically the same

That person said their expedite was approved. You can also ask the NVC to wait to schedule you an interview until your daughter's case has also been completed.

November 30 2015 uscis received our case until now january 23 2016 we haven't heard anything. We called uscis they said that we have to wait and they will call us if it's approve or not. It's already 54 days ?

Sounds like you didn't get the expedite.
