Hey Good evening,

Can someone please walk me through this. My fiancé was interviewed on December 7th. I was able to attend the interview. During the process we were interviewed separately. In the end, we were given a 22g and under administrative review. We were basically told that we do not have sufficient evidence even though we have a 10 year old son together. They did not ask for any other evidence. The officer plainly told us, that even under administrative review, they are not going to approve it, and the best thing to do it get married and apply for a spousal visa. We did get married before I returned to the. US. Now what? Please help us.

Now you need to work very hard to prove (even though you are married) that you have a bona fide relationship and that it is continuously on-going. Get everything together and file for a spousal visa. You can read the guides and use the help of others here to understand the types of information that will satisfy their requests.

A child is not proof of an ongoing relationship.

Agree. Nor is it sufficient to obtain the opportunity to immigrate to the US. Since you are married, you have to apply for a CR-1 visa. Suggest you understand why your K-1 application was rejected, so that you are prepared to move forward.
