ow I must say you inspire me to go harder thank you very much and yes we planning to put our heads together so she come here hopefully next month, well like you said the kids where here with my in law because she couldn't handle them alone and work as well so there where here when she came in 2011 when I first met her and then again in 2013 they where here when we got married but then she went with one of the kids when she was going back in 2013 after our marriage and then in 2014 her cousin took one of the kids with when she was here and then her family friend took the other kids, thank you for the inspiration and keeping the hope alive. God is Great

Actually I can't really tell why I got denied until we here from uscis because I had two interviews with the Co first was about about 70 questions from my wife profile to the kids to mx self my travel records to be precise then co requested for more evidence which she indicated forfor my wife travel records from 2011 and 2013 plus our 2011 communication records which i brought them to my second interview then she asked for my home location in january 2014 and since january field investigators never came till november 2015 when my petition 1 year periode has expired with nvc then decemb 2015 i got the letter the case is going back and i ask the co base on what then she said my marriage is for immigration benefit so i ask her really maam you believes that she just twisted her lips and said no word so i told her this is serious alligation she is giving me then she twisted her lips again so i said thank you maam and walked away quitly

Nobody here knows the totality of your case, just what you posted.

But there are enough clues in what you have posted to explain their concern.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

No reason was given to my husband .he. was told it would be returned for revocation. But embassy email to me said outdated AOS. By the questions asked at interview,i am thinking non bonafied marriage. Age difference was one. But god willing its reviewed and sent back to embassy. And ill be there for next interview, and our local uscis office said when a case is returned we are not a priority like we were in the start and uscis is backlogged

I wish the posters here who have never dealt with a rude and nasty consular, knew what we face during our interview, some of the consulars do take it personal! And it is evident from charts posted on the government sites that African petitions suffer more than anyone else!

I agree. We have to of course take into consideration the higher fraud in most African countries which results in higher scrutiny as it should !

However the attitude of some CO's is that of an archaic colonial frame of mind with ideas of underlings and power seeking egotistical human beings.

That attitude is still alive in some and they enjoy riding that wave.

Taking someone's phone and going through it without permission for example where does it happen ? I read about it in African countries and in India.

Absurd authoritarian behavior that does not happen in European countries.

Some citizen of developing countries are still handled like children, disrespected and screamed at which totally contradicts their web site pledges of

respectful treatment of all visa applicants. We call those "Co's gone rogue."

To deny this is playing ostrich.

Ebunoluwa well said and not only going through my phone but also telling me she can't see my wife's face because she is wearing glasses and also how sure is she that my wife stayed in my house when she was in Ghana and the funny thing is this field officer was black and more power loving than even the Co at the Accra embassy, I just smile and look at her till they left.
