I'm December 2 and nothing yet. I'm leaving Sunday to see my fiancee and really hoping we don't get an RFE while I'm out of the country and can't do anything about it....however, if we got our approval while we're together, that would be amazing to celebrate with him!

On a scale of 1-10 how important is it that the fiance gets a duplicate copy of the packet that we filed, I have the I-129f, g325's, birth certificate, letters of intent, etc and most information, I think I just misplaced a few pages of the documentary proof of our trips together.

Is the main purpose for them to have a copy, is to study for the interview? If the copy I give him tomorrow isn't an exact replixa, how big of an issue will it be, is my main concern

When filling out I-129F form, and if extra sheets are needed (for example question 14), do I attach an extra blank sheet of paper with all the needed info or do I attach a duplicate page 2?

Its to study for the interview and to have on-hand in case the govt loses it along the way. You're fine.

Separate blank sheet. Put your name and form that you need extra space on the top right hand side.

They do not care who's check is paying your fee for the application. All they care is that you made the check out properly and that there is money in the account when they electronically cash the check.

There is nothing to study. He's going to be asked 5-8 questions. That's it. The only document that he needs is the documents that the Embassy ask for (which can be sent to him in PDF format and printed there) and the original I-134 with wet signature (FedEx'd).
