Definitely keep us posted! I am one day off from your timeline, also from NE service center. Our NOA2 was 11/19 and NVC received our case 12/7. Hopefully our case #'s will be assigned before the holidays! :)

My husband and I received our welcome letter and the next steps to take today. So excited hopefully he gets here by Janurary since his birthday is on new years day.. ❤️ Good luck everyone. :)

Does anyone know when they asked for documents for the AOS package if I send just my husbands info or mine as well?

The AOS (Affidavit of Support) is the petitioner showing their financial information. Please follow the NVC process wiki.

That is awesome, that was really fast! We received our text USCIS sent our case over on 11/28 and NVC didn't receive it until 12/7. Hopefully case numbers will be issued quickly! :)

Yes it is roughly, it may be slightly faster or slightly slower at the Texas Center that you specified.

wow that is super fast........hope mine is the same

The time it takes to get to NVC after they have stated they sent it is only a few days so that's not the part to hope for being fast. you want to hope they don't wait 3-4 weeks to send it after approval.

Called to NVC today. They said if I will not get anything after 35 days from the approval date, I will need to send an email with attached letter from USCIS to NVC research.

I am so worried :( I hope they will not lose my paperwork.

Will try to call USCIS again today, but really do not want. The person I was talking with yesterday was so mean. :(

I have no idea what an invoice ID number is, but we have it !!!!

Damn... I forgot to ask when do they receive our case ...
