I'm hoping to get the NOA next week. My check was cashed yesterday - I haven't seen an email or text yet. Once I have the NOA with the # I can start stalking the site, lol. Will be like Dejavu -hopefully nothing is as bad as the first wait through TSC lol.

Happy to see some familiar faces around here :)

LOL God I hope not. I've been dreading this and took longer to file because after all that mental torture I went through before I really needed a break and needed to enjoy being married. In hindsight may not have been smart but it's done now so at least our loves are with us now.

I sent our package on 11/3 to the same address and it was delivered on 11/7 at 9:07am. Still haven't received a text or email with confirmation. Anxiously waiting!!

i am also still anxiously waiting, i suppose the same guy who delivered yours had mine as well as they were delivered at the same time. I really hope they arrived safely to the correct place and we will hear back from USCIS soon

Hi All,

This is my first post :)

So my we sent our Applications (I-485, I-130, I-765) on November 4th and it was received on the 6th.

We still haven't received any text/e-mail notifications and the checks have not been cashed!

We are freaking out because I am on a visitor visa (type B) and my I-94 expires on the 17th. What do you guys suggest we do??

We are trying to be patient and optimistic but it's really hard! Other filers already received notifications from them..

Also, does anyone know what will happen if I don't here from them by the 17th? Like since my I-94 will expire, what are the consequences?

Hi!

So i called them and they informed me to wait till monday (Nov 16th) and call them back if i don't receive any communication from the lockbox/uscis

Basically they won't help till its been 10 days from the day it was received... if you don't hear from them in 10 days then u can call them and they may be able to help/look into it...

Fingers crossed i hear from them on Monday.. It's gunna be very close!
